My acting scene as Principal – Blue Man Impersonator for Hatco

Hatco makes Food and Beverage industrial equipment. NexGen 2018 Sales Training and Convention was at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. They asked me to come up with some interesting business while they are demoing their newest equipment.

I love the Blue Man Group. They are so odd, quirky, and so much fun to play.

Hatco (client)

Since 1950, Hatco has been a leader in creating innovative ideas for the food service industry: bold innovations in equipment that improves efficiency, reliability and profits. Hatco is dedicated to exceptional customer service and quality engineered equipment offering maximum performance.
In May of 2007, a monumental event in the history of Hatco Corporation occurred. With the stroke of a pen (actually, several pens), the employees of Hatco assumed 100% beneficial ownership of the company. As significant as this event was, it should be noted that the company started by Gordon and LaReine Hatch in 1950 remains a family corporation – only now our family is larger. Through the years, Hatco has been the home to some of the brightest minds, freest spirits, and most singular personalities in the food service industry.

Through the years, Hatco has introduced many “firsts.” The company began by recognizing the needs to sanitize dishware and responded by developing an Electric Booster Water Heater generating 180°F (82°C) sanitizing rinse water, that soon became the industry standard. In the 1960’s, Hatco added Third Compartment Sink Heaters to the water line and offered the industry the first conveyor toaster, Toast King®, to meet the needs of high-volume bread and bun toasting. Hatco also took food holding to another dimension with Glo-Ray® aluminum housings up to 144” (3568 mm) in length with special reflectors that direct heat to the outer edges of holding areas, extending food holding times.
